Bushy Plat Farm operates a 5* service at a friendly, personal, private full livery yard in Dorking, Surrey, and has full British Horse Society (BHS ) approval, with a “BHS Highly Commended “ yard status, assuring a high industry wide standard of quality.

Our Livery yard is situated off a quiet tarmac track road near Dorking, Surrey, in an area of “Outstanding Natural Beauty” surrounded by hundreds of acres of fine National Trust land with extensive hacking and bridleways, all immediately accessible from the livery yard, with no worries of main road work.

In the yard our full size stables surround the large 60 metre X 20 metre floodlit sand school complete with high quality training mirrors.

Our luxurious beds ensure good comfort and safety for your horse.

The livery yard has 2 fully alarmed and secure horse tack and dehumidified rug rooms to safely store all your horse equipment.

The yard owners, Yard Manager and Head Girl all live at the livery yard giving round the clock safety and security with evening checks and any late, out of hours veterinary work can be accommodated if necessary for your horse.

Extensive hard standing provides for horse lorries or trailer parking if necessary.

Over 50 acres of well maintained post and rail fields provide excellent grazing for horses.

We also grow the majority of our hay requirements providing high quality hay and giving us the ability to give fields rest at different times during the year.

The beautiful, peaceful surroundings at the Horse Livery Yard in Surrey will ensure that both you and your horse will feel instantly welcomed and at home.

The Surrey livery has a long history, providing a calm and peaceful environment for both horses and their owners amongst the picturesque rolling Surrey hills and you are always welcome to come and enjoy the peace and quiet over a cup of tea!
